20+ Years Building Online Businesses
I started my first online business in the early 2000s when the internet was still figuring itself out. I've built software, run affiliate campaigns, launched SaaS products, and consulted for companies across three continents.
I've had wins that changed my life and failures that cost me everything I'd built. Both taught me more than any course or mentor ever could.
Right now I'm building two companies: AiXUP.ai — an AI-powered lead generation platform I co-own with my business partner Johann — and my personal brand at WaltBayliss.com, where I sell software, run affiliate promotions, and share everything I'm learning.
My goal is $1,000,000 a year in family income. Not because money is the point — but because it represents the freedom to spend real time with my wife Magda and our daughters Nastasia and Ivana, and to build things that genuinely help people.
